Spend the day at the Beach
The most beautiful beaches in Cape Town are Llandudno, Sandy Bay and Long Beach.
Llandudno is a small hillside village with a very quaint beach. Please remember to brinks sunscreen and drinks, as there are no bar's, caffee's or stores.
Sandy Bay is directly adjacent to Llandudno, on the back side of Mount Rhodes. This beach is a nude beach and gay friendly.
Long Beach begins at the end of Chapman's Peak (Noordhoek) and ends in Kommetjie. This vast beach is adjacent to a Nature Reserve, so there are few people and very little man-made construction. Walking from Noordhoek to Kommetjie and back will give you a great workout. Nature at it's best!
