Our cancellation policy
- Upon making a reservation, a 50% deposit is due
- Upon cancellation of a reservation 4 weeks before the planned arrival 50% of the reservation value are due
- Upon cancellation of a reservation 3 weeks before the planned arrival 75% of the reservation value are due
- Upon cancellation of a reservation 2 weeks before the planned arrival 100% of the reservation value are due
Our check-in times
The check-in times are 2:00pm to 6:00pm. We are happy to arrange alternative check-in times. Please contact us ahead of time, so we can insure that staff is present to serve you.
Our check-out times
The check-out time is 11:00am. We are aware that many international flights leave in the evening. Please let us now if you would like a late check-out. We will try our best to accommodate you.
